Example booking terms:

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the price.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the treatment may be shortened or rebooked.

Gift cards are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
